Pathetic service

I am really ****ed off , you are not even answering my line since I lodged a claim on Monday till now no one called , no electricians has been despatched

I have been holding on your line for 1hour no available agents, why do we have to suffer while paying insurance ???? you don’t answer emails one must call you first for that??

Called again went to nomthandazo who wasn't helpful at all even the tone of her voice she placed me on hold saying she will put me to the follow-up depDtment For follow up I was holding till I decided to drop the line ,

Ur insurance was great but now everyone is complaing I think I need to change this is ridiculous I am not calling you with ur airtime it is mine ,waiting for ur electricians to come it is waste of time cause they take their time
