Pathetic service and no response to customer queries

I am a customer of Absa Activate car insurance, I have been trying to get ahold of them for the past three days. I hold on the line for more than an hour because their agents are busy! I sent emails and they have not responded to those emails I sent seeking assistance as a praying customer! I am so disappointed with the service that I am receiving from them. I would not advise anyone to take this insurance it is pathetic! I regret making them my insurance. Every month I pay on time but when I try to get ahold of them to process my claim they cant even respond to my email. Do not go with this insurance!
