Pathetic service

Their communication is pathetic. Ive tried to get ahold of them via email, some of my emails were only responded to after a few months and others weren’t responded to at all. Ive tried cancelling my vehicle insurance policy the 4th of Feb 2025 via email (because their phone calls either dont answer or they take forever to get to an operator) and to this day i have not gotten a response from them. They still debit ordered my account after cancelling the policy on the 4th. If this is the kind of service i get for small things, how will it be if i try and claim something? I have never dealt with a more pathetic insurance company.
