Pathetic service

I wanted to give 0 star but option is not available for that. One of their client bumped my stationary Daihatsu at the robot from the back and when I sent them the quotation to fix it after 6 days, instead of paying for that their attorney sent me statement of R28000 to pay for their client's damage who bumped my car from the back. Apparently they want to intimidate me so I dont ask them for my damages. I am also a customer of Absa bank but never expected they can be doing such practices. This is immoral, unacceptable and *********.
