Pathetic Service

I would give them a zero rating for their pathetic service. They increased my premiums without notifying me. when I tried to call they don't answer. I sent an email and got an auto response. The reference number for this case is C-***2 but no further response. I logged a complaint with their Action Line and this was also promptly ignored. It will be appreciated if they could contact me so that I can cancel my policy.
