Pathetic service

Pathetic insurance company,

I had an accident on the 9th of august, at a unlit street with no barricades or any street signs to show a sharp curve on power road , I logged the claim and explained thoroughly the proceedings of the accident but they were not interested and looked tirelessly for a reason to not pay out. i waited almost two weeks for them to hire an accident expert, which is what they say when they want to reject a claim who stated i was over the 70kph whilst i clearly explained to him i wasnt but is insisting i was to deny the claim, he visited the accident scene and even said that the condition of the road is in horrible condition and there was no way you were going to tell there's a sharp curve ahead. Horrible experience from them, they are loosing customers cause of their dishonesty.
