Pathetic Insurance company

This insurance is pathetic, I was involved in a accident on Saturday, I lodged a claim on the app immediately. Nothing happened, I called on Tuesday twice and I was tols a claim assistant will give me a call but still nothing and now it's Thursday I am driving around with a dent car with scratches. When you guys took me from Outsurance you promised me nothing short 4 a great service because I told you that Outsurance was efficient. But I don't think I can trust you again, when do you think your staff will be able to contact me? I mean my premium went up and you were able to send me that communication but now you can't resolve my problem. Why am I paying you?
