Pathetic Insurance after sale service

Great policy and prices. BUT...Impossible to get hold of. Always, always, always High call volume with 9 calls to them in the last 3 months, only 3 got through before giving up after waiting in the queue for more than 30 minutes, then the call takes more than an hour to complete...pathetic, employ more peole with the profits you are reporting...FFS! Wrong information on my policy, impossible to get it right as some items or services not being recorded correctly. Activate with tracking unit in vehicles that give you ABSA rewards back......Not even working.....on any of my 4 insured vehicles. It states give us 30 m inutes to build your driving profile......it has been 3 months, still no driving data......pathetic. They are VERY Fast in accepting new insurance quotes and policies, but after that, even worse service than the old Telkom. I am in IT management and program/projects management, you REALLY need a revamp of your systems, your app and complete operations. I BET my life that you are overspending and not reaching your goals/targets. PATHETIC!!!
