Pathetic Customer Service/No response

If there was an option for zero stars i would have chosen it. Absa Activate insurance is impossible to get hold of. I have called twice and each time waited over 50 minutes without an answer except they have high call volumes and an email can be sent. I have sent emails but still no reply after 8 days. This is pathetic service. Premiums are collected timeously and calls are made when not paid on time but trying to update policy information is zero service.
