PATHETIC CLIENT SERVICE

I have been trying since yesterday morning to get through to the correct division to cancel a policy. You do not have an option when you call in to go to this department. Your call goes directly to a sales person and then they transfer you to supposedly the correct department but they never answer. You stay on the line for long periods of time listening to that awful music. Really pathetic service. All i want to do is cancel my policy and get confirmation of this.
