I spoke to Lungile Phefo @ Absa Insurance company and she was very helpful. She explained the entire procedure cover.. excess and maintaining the property for the new property.She knows her job very well.. ahe is well spoken and respectful.. She took accountability and called me back. She made made my day. She is an asset to Absa and people her are rare find in this kind of business.She knows her products in and out. I didn't want to take this insurance however after speaking to Lungile she bought into Absa business. I feel so welcomeed and I accepted the product.. Give Lungile some recognition either incentive or bonus.. I will call her back to find if she was rewarded. thanks alot to Lungile
