Outstanding Service from Mmapi Mokoena – ABSA WIMI DD

I’d like to share my appreciation for the incredible service I received from Mmapi Mokoena from the ABSA WIMI DD department.

From start to finish, Mmapi provided first-class service, she truly went above and beyond. She initially contacted my wife and me to offer an insurance policy we had previously inquired about. She spent quality time with us, patiently explaining everything, answering our questions, and making sure we were fully satisfied before ending the call. Her approach was thoughtful, friendly, and incredibly professional.

What really stood out, though, was what happened next. I asked her a question that had nothing to do with her department and instead of simply referring me elsewhere, she took full ownership. She connected us to the right team via a conference call, spoke on our behalf, took down all the important details being discussed, and then checked in with us to ensure everything was clear and accurate. That level of care and dedication is rare and truly commendable.

Mmapi was not only helpful, she was genuinely kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire experience. She made us feel seen, heard, and valued as ABSA clients. People like her are the reason customers stay loyal to a brand.
