Outstanding Service by Vicky

Good day, Yesterday I called I direct to ask for a premium review and I was assisted by Vicky. I believe as quick as we are as clients to complain, when we get excellent service we must as well highlight and acknowledge it. I have been with I direct for 7+ years and I must admit this is the second time I receive such an outstanding service from an agent. From the greeting, the respect, the joy in her voice. My call did not feel like an inconvenience to her. She really went over and above her call of duty. Even though our call ended before I could get her contacts and her Manager's details I called I again to try and get hold of her but I was unlucky. I spoke to Nduduzo who was as well very helpful. I am not sure what is happing @ I direct but keep doing it. There is a change noticed from the service I received yesterday. Vicky thank you Sesi. I was probably going to send you flowers if I had gotten your details. I hope your Team leader recognizes you. I direct is on the right track if the service I received from you and Nduduzo is anything to go by. Thank you.
