Outstanding Service Amid Frustration – Thank You, Lulama Nzuza

I have been in ongoing discussions with Absa Vehicle Insurance for the past 21 days regarding my request for a hired automatic vehicle—something that the policy does not typically provide. Today, I was fortunate to be assisted by Mrs. Lulama Nzuza, who went above and beyond to help me. Due to a previous car accident, I require an automatic vehicle, and Mrs. Nzuza took the time to understand my situation and advocate on my behalf. Thanks to her professionalism and empathy, she managed to get special approval from management to accommodate my request.

Her efforts truly stood out and, because of her, I was prepared to overlook some of the frustrations I had experienced with the policy. Unfortunately, despite her intervention, another ABSA consultant later contacted me and reversed the agreement, leading me to cancel the policy altogether.

Nonetheless, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mrs. Nzuza for her professionalism, compassion, and dedication. You are a true gem, and ABSA is fortunate to have you on their team.
