Outstanding Service

I would like to share my gratitude and amazement and the level of service that I am continuously receiving from ABSA Idirect Insurance. This team is really dedicated at ensuring that customers needs comes first, from getting the best cover to saving at the same time. Businesses suffered greatly during this pandemic which resulted in individuals as being negatively affected as well, but this team particularly Amanda Tshangela went out of her way to save me some much needed cash, I recently got a premium increase in February but when I sent an email asking for a reduction I was not told of the "small prints" like I previously experienced with my then insurer, She went to save me a whooping R411 from my premium which is a 2nd saving in less than 6 months, and they kept to their part by paying the bonus for 3 years claim free, they increased my cover on one of my policy but still gave me this saving. The call was pleasant, hassel free and professional and took time to understand the query, they have won me for life because I am getting value for money and for the premium that I have no one can beat, every consultant I engage with has been professional and put my needs first. Thank you ABSA and their team, today would like to pass my sincere gratitude to Amanda and hope that the company really treats them as their jewels, they are the best.
