Outstanding Customer Service

I want to take this opportunity to show appreciation to you on how well Khanyi Gqola was able to resolve my issues/queries after serval calls I’ve been making in the past 4-5 between last week till today.

After numerous attempts and calls to ABSA Idirect, I finally had my queries resolved, and I wanted to share my experience. Initially, I dealt with about five different agents, each of whom seemed unable to provide a solution or clear feedback. It was incredibly frustrating, as I felt like I was going in circles without any resolution.

However, I eventually connected with Khanyi Gqola who truly turned things around just when I was losing hope. She listened carefully to my concerns, acknowledged the previous challenges I faced, and took ownership of my issues/queries. She went the extra mile to ensure my queries were resolved and called me back twice after the call dropped.

While my initial experience was frustrating, I appreciate the final resolution and the effort put in by her and It’s clear that there are dedicated individuals within the team who genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Thank you for finally resolving my issues!
