Outsanding service from retentions department

What an amazing experience with such a professional consultant in the retentions department Ms Mbalizethu Ngoobo. I have been a long standing customer of ABSA idirect insurance (over 11 years) and almost went to another insurance provider but thanks to the wonderful way in which Ms Mabli assisted me, i decided to remain a loyal customer of ABSA idirect.
