ABSA authorisation department is such a nightmare you, the day I cut ties with ABSA would be such a relieve.

I have been requesting them to release uncleared funds to be available to me from August, to date there is no resolution. The duplicate amount was for Woolworths online shopping however the order did not go through but payment was made. Woolworths confirmed with them but they still fail to reverse.
