On hold for hours

The response time is so poor and the long hours spent on hold are not worth it. In an attempt to complete a vehicle inspection for over a month, I have had to email multiple times(very limited response) and call multiple time where consultants often could not assist and put me on hold for hours. I would not recommend getting a service from the company at all.
