OLD PARTS TO BE USED TO REPAIR MY CAR BECAUSE IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY

I have been a client of ABSA IDIRECT since I bought my car in 2013. just last week I was involved in a car accident and submitted my claim. this morning their assessor calls me to tell me that he is concluding his assessment and I must know that since my car is no longer on warranty they are going to use second hand parts/old parts they can find to fix my car. He was specific that my car is not going to be fixed with new parts. I don't understand why must my car be fixed with old parts. what has my premiums that I am paying them have to do with the warranty of my car? when I asked him questions, the assessor was very rude and told me to read my policy documents. I'm not a lazy person so I read all my policy documents and to my surprise there is nothing talking about old parts being used to repair my car when out of warranty. I'm so ****ed right now. they taking advantage of people.
