Not Happy with Vehicle Verification Process

So far I've been happy with Absa IDirect. My only problem now is no one wants to confirm my vehicle pictures that I've sent for verification. And my fear is that whenever I were to claim they'd come back to me saying that I never verified the vehicles. I've even sent follow up email to say that they need to check with no reply whatsoever.

I really think that you guys need to work on your vehicle verification system. Or maybe it's a **** to make sure that we cannot claim whenever come time that I have an accident? As it stands I don't know if my vehicles are verified or not.
