Not great at all!!
I have been waiting for the last 6 months now to get my rewards and they keep on saying they will look in to it and the today 2025-01-06 at 7hoo they would get back to me. As they have failed to get back to me and I have emailed them and they are failing to answer my email or when I will be getting my rewards money. I pay every month but this is the service your get . I think I must contact carte Blanche. Really ridiculous.

21 Jan 2025, 12:25Still no answer regarding when I will be getting my active app money rewards back it has been 6 months and every time they say it's still busy they will get back to me and so we go. To complain here does not even help it's like they don't care. I think I must look for a other insurance and put Absa insurance on carted Blanchard
