Not getting my refund from ABSA Activate Insurance
I cancelled my vehicle insurance with ABSA Activate on 14 June 2024, the consultant was helpful and said that they will refund me the pro-rata premium as the insurance is paid in advance. I have been unable to get in contact with them telephonically as the line is always 'unobtainable'. I have emailed them in the meantime a week ago and still have had no feedback on my outstanding refund whatsoever. I need someone to contact me ASAP to sort this out
