Not a happy customer

I’m disappointed, after several attempts of trying to get Absa to pay my credit shortfall claim. I get debited for a car that I no longer have.

I have been trying to get help from 13th, how long is the claim supposed to take?? Will another month passes without being helped

Thamsanqa Ntongana have not responded or contacted me not even ?? I’m being told he is dealing with my claim.
