None Existing Service with ABSA IDIRECT INSURANCE

Good day I am trying to cancel my Absa Idirect policy after spending 2hours on my phone going round in various attoattendant ques I had to hang up. Tried atleast 6 times over a period of a week. The service does not exist ! One can mail there customer care with a request to call you and nobody comes back to you. You get a automated ref but nobody calls you to discuss or action your request. One cannot do buisness with people like this!. I have tried for over a week to make contact with them, very disapointed.

Even escalated to their complaints e-mail adress and get a reference with response or courtesy call :(
