Non existing service for 2 month old claim

Not sure how to describe the non exisitng sevice... Claim was created 8th August 2022...still no feedback, all required documents was forward to ABSA on the 12th August, what needed to be to get this sorted out? Been with ABSA for over 20 years, this the tanks received....
