Non existing service !
Maybe this way someone will respond to my request ??? For the past 4 days I have been trying to get hold of the cancellation department to cancel my policy. Your staff either put the phone down in my ear (after holding for 30mins plus) or do not answer at all. Absolutely pathetic service. And due to this service or lack there of, I have realized that going to another service provider was the best decision I made.

02 Sept 2021, 12:53Thank you for replying, however, I got through to a lady named Vicki this morning (9th phone call lucky) And cancelled with idirect. I can only imagine the headaches I would have had to go through if I had to put a claim.
