non existent customer service

No star needed here. I have been so disappointed by the lack of urgency nor service with ABSA insurance. its over 4weeks now I tried to get hold of them as I'm cancelling this insurance and need my refund but I am not getting through to them. my dismay is how they just ignore emails and worse when you call in the calls get cut off....this is unacceptable honestly
