Non-existent Cancellations Department
I've been trying to cancel this insurance for over a month. The cancellations department doesn't answer calls that are put through to them. Disgusting and absolutely horrible

I eventually got assisted after waiting on hold for an hour. I asked the lady who answered not to transfer me to cancellations until she had confirmed that I would be assisted. We waited for an hour for someone to be available. You and your team need to look at why your service team takes so long. This cannot be the standard ABSA wants to put forward for such a huge company. This entire ordeal has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will think twice before accepting any offers from you, I will also inform my friends and family.
