Non-existant communication

I changed locations and I'm unable to reach them to change the overnight location of my vehicle, I know for a fact if I need to file a claim they'll use this against me.I've also been having issues with the tracking unit they fit as it is draining my cars battery, my car needs to be boosted everytime I need to use it not to mention that my battery is now dead because of them. Not to mention the other things this might affect like my ECU and alternator. I've tried reporting this but my callls go unanswered, even after escalation to the relevant department head no feedback has been given( I haven't even been given a response by the head, Simangele Khumalo). If it were possible I would even get them half a star
