Non -exceptional service
On Jan 1, 2021, 9:37 AM - I sent email to *** to amend / change residential and postal address. The reference number for this Case is C-***5
Few days later I called in to follow up , the lady consultant who picked my call assisted and we did all the questionnaire up to where she was about to give me the new premium. Unfortunately the call got cut off due to bad connection and i waited hoping she will return my call.
Few days later I called in again and was told that she did not finalize/ authorize the policy yet and the message will be given to her to call me back.
Till today , I am still waiting the call and updated policy schedule.
