No support from ABSA

I am trying to get hold of ABSA iDirect with regards to a debt order error. I manage to get hold of the last week. I spoke to a consultant but I waited for almost an hour with only music playing in my ear. I had to give up as I had to attend to collect my child. This week I am trying to get hold of them again. This time I am holding on for at least 20 min the telephone just rings a view times an then nothing. After about 10 min the phone just goes dead.
