No service delivery

I need confirmation of the cover that have the correct engine number of my vehicle, I have been requesting since 29 January 2025 via email and again on 20 March 2025, I only received reply that confirms they received my email and they went quiet. I tried calling several times and nobody answers. I am holding for them to answer as I write this review, it has been 33min 44 seconds at this moment. Financing department is on my neck about this confirmation or are will be charged extra for not having insurance for my vehicle while I'm paying absa activate every month. I am so disappointed and frustrated too.
