I reported claim for damage on roof due to hail and lightning...no response. I asked for a ref nr as they rep**** they record calls and do not need ref nr. When will someone assist met? Raining again and water in house!!! More damage that could have been prevented!!!! I think you are the worst Insurance ever!!!
