No service

My goodness! Can someone tell me how I get hold of someone to assist me here? My issue is such a small matter but yet I am not getting hold of anybody.Calls are unanswered.Nobody is responding to my email either! One of your consultants called to sell to me but when I queried about my pending issue,she hung up on me! I am really concerned on whether I will be able to get hold of the company in the event that I have a claim.
