No service

I've been struggling to get hold of your customer service for the past 3 weeks ,I'll hold for long. 4x promised call backs but nothing

My car was involved in accident the claim was approved and then the whole of November to date the car is still at the panel beater. The problem is my account was never debited end of November Should anything happen what would happen since my account was never debited l. I called to arrange convenience drive I was told they can't help me because my policy is not active. I had to spend 360 on Uber that day. Now that I have the car back I'm scared to drive it because I don't know if it's insured or not
