No rewards

Ive been trying to get hold of the call centre and would spend 2 hours on the line and still no assistance . You would start to call at 8am and already they’re experiencing high call volumes . You even send an email and no one gets back to you . I’ve had the insurance for 3 months now and no rewards and the app is not showing anything Yhoo
