No response from Indirect
I e-mailed Idirect with a simple request, update my work and living address... This was too much of a task to complete. 11 days and no response...
I've requested to cancel my policy. I cannot imagine the hassle I would have to go through to get a claim paid out. Let's see how long it will take to get this canceled...
