No Refund , No feedback .....

Called ABSA to have my policy reviewed before the increased premium was debited. The retentions consultant promised I wouldn't be charged a prorate which I was. I called in the call center to have this rectified an was told my query would be escalated to the collections department. more than 72 hours later no word from absa regarding my refund on the additional premium that was debited
