No Payout of No Claim Bonus

Shocking lack of communication and signs of absolute chaos within the business Since the end of August I have been trying to get my no claim bonus paid out without success I have been given excuses like, it is an IT problem and, management need to make the decision of when to pay it out!!!! I have been a client since 2011 - in that time I haven't had one single claim and they have never had to wait for my premium

I want to know when I am going to get my no claim bonus, how much it is going to be and how much interest they are going to be paying me on the late payment
