Declined claim – REF – C***6 – CLAIM ***

My claim was declined due to wear and tear.

I purchased the property with finance from absa in 2023 and to my knowledge the bank did an evaluation on the property to verify the building structure, why was the finance declined due to the roof damage? The bank fails to check which as left with damages for R85 000. I have logged the dispute with the bank on the 10th of December 2024 and no feedback received from ANGELINE BAOKU AND NDUDUZO MBHELE POOR SERVICE.

HOW DO YOU OPERATE YOUR BUSINESS??
