NO Feedback

I moved my insurance to ABSA ACTIVATE on the 1st of September 2024. First i had to call to find out why the debit order didnt go off on the 25th as requested only to find out the lady that assisted me with the policy didnt update the date so it will only go off on the 7th of October. Skipping to the 7th of October an amount to R3400 was deducted after i was told i qualify for a discount getting an additional Tracker fitted i my vehicle which i did. The amount communicated to me was R 2755 rand +-.

Since then i requested the call and sent in 3 emails and several requests to call me back but no one has gotten in contact with me. No one can tell me who is the person that helped me with the policy or have shared the call recording which they said is available on request.

This is not a pleasant experience for a new customer.
