NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL

Can i PLEASE get FEEDBACK on this matter???? . Your phonelines stays busy.... The contractor has till now not given me a date to come and fix the resultant damages.

They say that the tiles is not covered? Whyyyy not?

What about the carpet? The contractor say they dont do carpets and absa should apoint someone else??.

I would please like feedback! What will be covered and what not and whennnnn can i expect it to be done.

This is literally the worst service i got from a insurance company...
