No answer when making contact
Dear ABSA Insurance, I have tried to call you to make changes to my policy without anyone answering. This made me wonder that if I can't get hold of you how am I going to register a claim or get assistance. Please can you make contact with me to cancel my policy after years of relationship. Thanks

Just to inform you I did manage to get my policy cancelled.
I raised a request for a new policy and requested the consultant to put me through to your cancellation department.
What I found out was that my trailer was also just removed from the policy.
That was a shock.
But nevertheless it took me 2 days to cancel my policy with ABSA and it took me not even a minute to add my home contents and trailer to my Naked profile on my app electronically.
By the way insurance cut by half of what your premuim was.
Honestly your arrangements possibly of people working from home isn't working at all if that is the case.
Because that is the only explanation of no one answering calls.
