No answer for claim
Our roof started leaking after a heavy rainstorm in September. We lodged a claim with Absa insurance on 28 September. Two assessors came to evaluate the damage. I have been promised an outcome for 2 week now. They keep on stalling and say they will have an answer for me tomorrow. In the meanwhile damage is carrying on. What should I do, after 9 calls to the claims center. Please help
