No after sales assistance

I have emailed ABSA Activate, sent general enquiries on the app and tried phoning them(you hold on forever and its not a toll free number) and they never answer.

I have sold my vehicle 3 weeks ago and need to cancel my insurance. Why is this impossible to do??
