Never use absa activate

It has been the worst experience I have ever had with this insurance company, I had been trying to contact them continuously for days on end all I get through to it always the wrong department and they opt to put you through to the right department, when being put to the right department they never answer. I've spend R300 on airtime just trying to get hold of someone to help me cancel my insurance. Yet I am still not helped.

I've emailed them 10days ago no response to my email till this day.

It's unexpectable. When signing up they make endless calls to you to sign you up to the insurance but believe you me they will not help once you have been signed up.
