Never take car insurance with idirect they will not allow you to cancel

Ideirect went on to deduct my account even calling to cancel their ridiculous policy and now i was charged the fee of a return debit order.

I call iderect to cancel the policy because i had another policy with another ensure and they ask for my new insurance schedule of which i did send to samantha vanboomen .

I want idirect to repay me the fee i had to pay for a return debit order because of their arrogance service.
