Never get hold of someone to assist at the call center.

The worst insurance company ever. On the line for ever at the call center then they drop the line once they answered. Two days i have been trying to get hold of someone to assist me. Do you only have one person running the call center or what. This is a disgrace man. I pay way too much money for this type of service. Sickening!!!
