Need to cancel policy

I want to cancel this insurance but I’m not having any luck. When I get through they don’t seem to want to assist, the service is really poor.

I am now stuck paying for two insurances for the same vehicle. I need this insurance cancelled immediately, it’s easier to join then it is to cancel the policy.
